These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 22phdream ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 22phdream website or platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

To access the full features of 22phdream, including placing bets and claiming bonuses, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to all accounts on the platform:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active account on 22phdream. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Account security: You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. 22phdream reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

All financial transactions on 22phdream are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to supported banks are also accepted.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider.
• 22phdream does not accept deposits made using credit cards, as this is prohibited under current Philippine regulations for gambling transactions.

Withdrawals:

• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• 22phdream reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and may result in account termination.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on 22phdream. Game-specific rules are available within each game or game category on the platform.

• All bets placed on 22phdream are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been accepted by the system.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. 22phdream reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 22phdream reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 22phdream. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or at any other time, impersonating another person, or using a stolen identity.
• Money laundering: Using 22phdream to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from illegal activities. 22phdream complies with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live table games or poker.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to place bets or interact with the platform in a way that is not through normal human play.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical error, software bug, or pricing mistake on the platform for financial gain.

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any platform content.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used on the platform.

22phdream's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either you or 22phdream may terminate your account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Termination by you: You may close your account at any time by contacting 22phdream customer support via live chat. Before closing your account, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and KYC requirements.

Termination by 22phdream: 22phdream reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
